Hi, I'm
Conor Howland
A Web, Blockchain & Software Engineer
About me
I'm a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 14 years of programming experience, including 6 years of professional industry experience specializing in Web Development and Blockchain technologies. Currently, I work at MidexPRO, developing medical practice management software using C# and ASP.NET. My journey in programming began uniquely through self-exploration on my first PC, learning Visual Basic, which sparked a passion that led me to earn a BSc in Computer Software Engineering.
I've since mastered multiple technologies, primarily focusing on modern web development stacks including Node.js, Go, ASP.NET, React, and HTMX. My blockchain expertise is demonstrated through successfully building a proprietary blockchain (D2ZChain) from scratch, along with developing applications for Ethereum and the Hive ecosystem. I thrive on challenging projects that push technical boundaries, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend development.
When I'm not coding professionally, I'm either working on personal coding projects, reading, gaming, or enjoying outdoor walks - maintaining a balance between technical depth and personal growth.
